Heard today that 2 guys were out in some open water today fishing from a boat.Any truth to this?

yes sir. They were in a small duck boat with 4 rods trolling around the harbor. Trust me, on my lunch break i was sitting in my semi eating lunch/breakfeast and watching them like hawks. I was there for 20 minutes. never seen them real in a fish, but my binoculars really suck so i couldn't see when they were a ways away.

Here is a limit I did trolling from my Duck Boat in Lex Heights a couple years ago in the middle of March.
