Go deep or stay home.The fish have been in the deep water on the Canadian side.They will come back over in 3 or 4 weeks when the water starts cooling back down.Look for the saginaw bay fish to show up also.They are at Harbor beach and heading south.

This past weekend the fish were in the river.Drifting was going good.Lots of bait around and watch out for the muskies.6 were caught over the weekend of the wall that i know of.

Went out this AM. Lost one at the boat right away... Stuck it out and ended up with 2 others. About 19inchs, good eaters. I was Drifting in about 35-40fow Marine City area.

ya deep is right we were trolling in Port Sanilac pulled one up on ten color of lead in 70 fow range. Talked to a guy at the launch said they have been gitting eyes in 80 fow troling bottom boncers on small boards.

Been trying to catch some walleye off the wall but no luck. I have been using pencil plugs and crawler harnesses. I have only caught 1 the past 6 times that I have been out. Any advice? How far should my bead be from my sinker...Just out of curiousity I usually keep it at the belt.

You may have to re size it also.I use paint to re size.
